RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES: Returns and exchanges will only be permitted with the original receipt and if merchandise is returned in its original packaging. Returns will be issued a merchandise credit; absolutely no cash refunds. Athletic cups and supporters are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

BAT RETURNS AND WARRANTIES: Only aluminum bats can be returned or exchanged to the store if it is within 14 days of purchase and the bat remains in its original wrapping and has not been used. Wood bats are sold as is and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Bats are not warranted by Alex Fernandez’s Strike Zone, Inc. Aluminum bats must be returned to the original manufacturer with proof of purchase. Wood bats are not warranted by the manufacturer either.
